1. General

2. Training & Certification

  • All training programmes offered by WiSEnergy UK are designed and delivered by qualified professionals and are CPD UK accredited unless otherwise specified.

  • Certificates are issued upon full attendance and completion of course requirements.

  • WiSEnergy UK reserves the right to modify course content, trainers, or dates due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by WiSEnergy UK.

  • In case of participant withdrawal, course credits may be transferred to a future date with written notice at least 7 days before the training.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of WiSEnergy UK or the respective trainer.

  • No part of the materials may be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during all sessions, both online and in person.

  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Data Privacy

  • Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and will only be used for course communication, certification, and follow-up opportunities.

  • WiSEnergy UK will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

7. Liability

  • WiSEnergy UK will not be held liable for any damages resulting from reliance on training materials or participation in any training programme.

8. Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
